At Thar Delight, we believe that “healthy” shouldn’t mean “boring.” Based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, we are on a mission to revive India’s ancient supergrains—Millets.

We moved away from refined flour and palm oil to bring you snacks that nourish the soul. Our cookies and munchies are baked with love, using Shudh Desi Ghee and traditional recipes passed down through generations. Whether it’s the earthy crunch of Bajra or the lightness of Jowar, every bite is a tribute to the golden sands of the Thar.
